She is responsible for implementing company policy and any changes to it. As the aims of our company is focused towards customer satisfaction, growth, profits and increasing shareholder return it is the responsibility of the MD to ensure that the company strategy is geared towards this.
Being an Interior designers she make interior spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting decorative items, such as colors, lighting, and materials. She analyze clients' needs, create plans and specifications, and make sure that a project is finished in accordance with the timeline and budget.
During this phase of your home interiors project, your designer will perfect your home design until you’re satisfied. Design detailing for each room and space; be it the false ceiling design, the modular kitchen and wardrobe, wallpaper, and the material, finish and color specification for every component in your home will happen at this stage. Once you sign off the design process, a final quotation will be shared. Additionally, all misc service requirements like electrical, plumbing, or any other civil work will be discussed at this stage. Quotations for misc services will be shared separately. Once you freeze on a final quotation, no cost-overruns occur unless there are alterations.

We would expect your floor plan along with your detailed requirements to help you with precise quotation. Once you receive your quote, if it matches your requirements & expectations, you can schedule an appointment to visit our experience center.
Meeting to have a detailed discussion about your requirements, tastes, preferences and your lifestyle. Post the meeting, we’ll be sharing revised quotation. If you’re happy to proceed further, you will have to pay us 5% of your projected quote as design charges. Detailed designing can begin only once this payment is processed. This amount will be adjusted against your final order value.
At this step, you’re ready to implement the designs. To start the manufacturing process at our factory, we would expect 45% payment (you’ve now paid 50% of your project cost) and we’ll begin the manufacturing on confirmation. Any changes post confirmation will affect projected timelines & cost. Once we’re done with our factory work, we will start installation at site, once carcass installation is completed, you will have to pay us 45% (you’ve now paid 95% of your project cost) to start manufacturing of shutters & procurement of hardware. Once all the on-site work, installation of your modular products is completed, you will have to pay us balance 5% at the time of handover.
